Meeting Rooms

Salon I and II (26m2 + 26m2) are each available for smaller private sessions, board meetings, dinners or luncheons. The salons can be either used separately (due to a wall between the rooms) or connected into one larger function room for up to 40 participants. In each salon PC or OHP projection is possible, wireless high speed internet access is available. The salons are decorated in warm schemes of red, gold and yellow.

Library (64m2)
The charming English-style Library with an open fire-place is available for seminars, board meetings, exclusive luncheons or dinners as well as smaller conferences for up to 60 attendees. Although libraries are not generally viewed as meeting rooms, the Savoy’s library is the exception to the rule. It is separated from the lobby by a specially designed sound-proof wall. Wireless high speed internet access, PC and OHP projection are available. The Library is with natural daylight.

Business Suite (35m2)
The business suite is a multi-purpose space – it can be used as a regular guest room but can swiftly be turned into a meeting room. It is suitable for smaller sessions and meetings where privacy is required. It is also recommended for guests staying at the hotel and wishing to organize a small meeting directly in their room.

Presidential Suite (64m2)
The Presidential suite is the right setting for exclusive board meetings and private dinners or luncheons. It is undoubtedly the place where most influential people meet. Weather permitting, guests can sip a cup of tea or coffee on the terrace (260m2) and enjoy the stunning view of the Strahov Monastery and the red roof-tops of the surrounding houses. Like the other meeting rooms, the Presidential suite is equipped with high speed internet access and both PC and OHP projection can be provided.

Restaurant Hradcany (160m2)
The Restaurant Hradčany can be darkened and turned into a first-class conference space for larger meetings, conferences for up to 150 attendees, fashion shows or theatre performances.
Wireless high speed internet access is standard and all types of projection are possible.
